Sehr angenehmes Betriebsklima

Der Ruf des Passauer Wolfs ist „landläufig“ immer noch eine hohe Mitarbeiterfluktuation und ein geringes Gehalt. Der Vertrag war nicht verhandelbar und „in Stein gemeißelt“. Dies lässt für Angestellte wenig Spielraum und kann ein K.O.-Kriterium sein. Mir persönlich gefallen die „kurzen Wege“ im Haus, die flachen Hierarchien und das offene und herzliche Team.

Praktikantin

Während der Zeit meines Praktikums habe ich vieles über die Arbeit der Pfleger erfahren und auch vieles Neues dazugelernt. Meistens gabs gegeben Abend nicht mehr so viele Aufgaben, aber morgens war es genau andersrum, denn wir hatten da immer Vieles zu tun. Mir hat die Arbeit mit den Kollegen sehr gefallen, außerdem war die Lage der Reha auch sehr schön.

1.Die Gesprächspartner waren freundlich, gut vorbereitet und professionell 

2. Das Gespräch fand über Microsoft Teams statt, was grundsätzlich gut funktioniert hat. Dennoch könnten alternative Plattformen wie Zoom oder Google Meet in Betracht gezogen werden, da sie benutzerfreundlicher sind und oft stabilere Verbindungen ermöglichen – insbesondere für internationale Bewerber.

Mir gefällt der Arbeitsplatz sehr gut und bin froh in meinem Alter noch diese Chance bekommen zu haben. Die Arbeit macht Spaß, weil ich so Menschen helfen kann.
Unser Team ist angenehm und hat mich bei der Einarbeitung immer unterstützt.
Jedoch ist die Entlohnung sehr gering für eine körperlich anstrengende Arbeit. Rücklagen bilden ist unmöglich.
